Job Description

Control the compliance of the preventive and protective measures set in the Company’s health and safety plan. Check whether these are effective during the manufacturing process. Organize and control environmental topics such as waste, emissions, chemical products, natural resources consumption, and participate in HSE improvement projects.

Your Tasks

• Develop management systems and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Plan preventive actions and monitor their implementation.
• Create procedures and check HSE points during implementations.
• Detect risks and plan preventive tasks on machinery, tools, or instruments.
• Control and define environmental KPIs and training actions.
• Promote actions to reduce energy consumption and carbon footprint in the CT area.
• Ensure achievement of HSE department objectives and implement corrective measures as needed.

Your Profile

• Certificate of Higher Education in Health & Safety.
• Knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.
• 2-4 years of work experience in Health, Safety, and Environment.
• Knowledge of quality processes related to precast concrete infrastructures.
• Knowledge of country HSE laws.
• German and English proficiency, minimum B2 level.
• Availability to travel.
