Zusammenfassung

Glent Group is seeking an HSE Advisor or HSE Manager to strengthen our HSEQ team in Frankfurt. You will promote a positive health, safety and environmental culture across our construction projects and work closely with project teams, subcontractors and clients to ensure compliance with German legislation and Glent’s standards.

Key duties include site inspections, RAMS preparation, HSE training, incident investigations and monthly HSEQ reporting.

Qualifikationen

• Construction HSE experience, ideally in data centres or large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of German health and safety legislation.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

• Carry out site inspections, audits and risk assessments.
• Develop, review and implement HSE procedures and site-specific documentation.
• Prepare and review RAMS for planned works.
• Deliver site inductions, toolbox talks and HSE training.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate HSE records and statutory documentation.
• Produce monthly HSEQ reports and monitor KPIs.
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors and authorities on HSE matters.
• Support continuous improvement across HSEQ.

As our business continues to grow, we are looking to strengthen our HSEQ team in Frankfurt.

We are recruiting at either HSE Advisor or HSE Manager level. The job title, level of responsibility and salary will be aligned with the successful candidate’s experience and qualifications.

The Role

You will play a key role in promoting a positive health, safety and environmental culture across our construction projects.

Working closely with project teams, subcontractors and clients, you will help ensure our projects are delivered safely, compliantly and in line with German legislation and Glent’s standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with clients, subcontractors and relevant authorities on HSE matters
• Support continuous improvement across all aspects of health, safety and environmental performance

About You

We would like to hear from candidates who have:

• Construction HSE experience, ideally within data centres, industrial or other large scale construction projects
• Good knowledge of German health and safety legislation
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A proactive and collaborative approach
• The ability to build positive working relationships at all levels
• Fluency in English. German language skills would be an advantage but are not essential
• An EU passport or an existing legal right to live and work in Germany

Please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Experience in fast track or mission critical construction environments would be an advantage.
