In this role, you will oversee daily operations in our High Tech Solutions Center, optimize processes, manage global accounts, and collaborate across air, sea, and road logistics to ensure excellent service quality and customer experience.

How you create impact
  • Streamlined Communication: Route information efficiently, link counterparts, and reduce communication to relevant facts to boost efficiency
  • Central Contact: Act as a dedicated team member with strong cross-cultural communication skills, going the extra mile for partners
  • Customer Care: Understand and address customer-specific requirements, listening carefully to their needs and challenges
  • Pro-active Management: Inform customers about potential delays or serious irregularities (e.g., port closures, strikes, weather alerts)
  • Process Improvement: Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective action plans to ensure a smooth supply chain
  • Performance Management: Create and monitor customized performance dashboards and reports
