SuccessDay is looking for an HRIT Project Manager to lead end-to-end HR technology initiatives, working with HR, IT and external partners. A strong Workday background is essential to deliver implementation, enhancements, integrations and optimisations for our international client base.

Fluent German and English are required. You will manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks and resources, coordinate with vendors and internal teams, and drive governance and reporting throughout the project

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience managing HRIT / HR technology projects.
• Workday experience is mandatory.
• Experience delivering HR transformation programmes.
• Fluent German and English.

Role Description:

As a HRIT Project Manager you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of HR technology initiatives, working closely with HR, IT, business stakeholders and external technology partners.

A strong understanding of Workday is essential for this role. You will use your Workday experience to support successful implementation, enhancement, integration and/or optimisation projects for our international client base.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing HRIT / HR technology projects.
• Previous Workday experience is a mandatory requirement.
• Strong project management skills, ideally with experience delivering complex HR transformation programmes.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
• Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience managing projects through the full lifecycle, from planning and design through to implementation and post-go-live.
• Fluent German and English
