Responsibilities

As the HR Business Partner (based in Germany), you will collaborate with Germany and four international locations. You will serve as the primary HR contact, liaising with other HR teams across the organization. Working with the Head of Germany and business leaders, you will drive the HR and talent agenda. The role can be based in Berlin or Munich, with travel to other offices in Germany and the Netherlands as needed. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Partner with the Head of Germany to respond to evolving business needs and assess HR implications of strategic options.
  • Monitor key HR metrics, analyze trends, and forecast future dynamics.
  • Create and update job descriptions; collaborate with Compensation team to set and ensure pay band consistency.
  • Enhance team effectiveness through interventions and coaching.
  • Ensure top talent in critical roles; coach employees for growth.
  • Develop plans for leadership succession; conduct talent reviews.
  • Identify talent issues proactively.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns, involving Employee Relations/law when necessary.
  • Manage emergency preparedness plans as the primary HR contact.
  • Ensure understanding and adherence to HR policies; analyze employee relations and exit interview feedback to mitigate future issues.
Qualifications

Minimum requirements include:

  • At least five years of experience in an HR Generalist role.
  • Experience working across Europe is essential.

You will be the HR contact for Germany, Poland, Netherlands, and Czechia.
