Responsibilities

As the HR Business Partner (based in Germany), you will partner with Germany and four international locations. You will act as the primary point of entry to HR, liaising with other HR groups across the organization. In this role, you will be part of a successful business and work with the Head of Germany and business leaders to drive the end-to-end HR and talent agenda. You can be based in Berlin or Munich but will be required to travel to other offices across Germany and the Netherlands as needed. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Partner with the Head of Germany to respond to changing business needs; assess the HR implications of strategic options
  • Identify and monitor critical HR metrics, analyze trends, and predict future dynamics
  • Manage the creation and updating of job descriptions for your business areas and collaborate with the Compensation team to set compensation and ensure band consistency
  • Work with teams to enhance their effectiveness and facilitate team-level interventions when needed
  • Talent Strategist: Ensure top talent in critical roles; coach employees to grow and expand their impact
  • Help create plans to develop the next generation of leaders; execute talent reviews
  • Identify talent issues early to prevent impact on the business
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee issues, involving Employee Relations/law when necessary
  • Act as primary HR contact for emergency preparedness and plan execution
  • Ensure understanding and adherence to HR policies and procedures; analyze Employee Relations and exit interview feedback to predict and mitigate future issues
Qualifications

Minimum Requirements include:

  • Five or more years of experience in a HR Generalist role
  • Experience working across Europe is essential

You will be the point of contact for all HR matters across Germany, Poland, Netherlands, and Czechia.
