TYTAN Technologies is seeking an HR Analytics Intern to turn data into insights and streamline HR processes. You will ensure high-quality HR data, support reliable reporting, and help optimize our HRIS in a hands-on, proactive role.

The ideal candidate is a recent graduate or current student in HR, Business, or Data Analytics with an interest in automation and a collaborative mindset. Fluent English, German a plus, and a hybrid Munich-based role are expected.

We are looking for a highly analytical, proactive, and hands-on Intern who enjoys turning data into meaningful insights and improving HR processes. As an HR Analytics Intern, you will play an important role in ensuring high-quality HR data, supporting reliable reporting, and support in making our HR processes seamless and more efficient. This role is Ideal for someone who is curious, creative and enjoys taking ownership.

Your Roadmap to make an Impact

• Prepare, extract, and validate HR data from different sources, ensuring high data quality and consistency.
• Maintain and structure HR datasets to support reliable reporting, analysis, and people-related decision-making.
• Support the continuous HR reporting process, including preparing reports, dashboards, and relevant HR insights.
• Ensure smooth data flows & migration between our HRIS, including transferring, reconciling, and accurately validating employee data.
• Support the administration and optimization of our HRIS, helping ensure that the platform is accurately maintained and effectively used for our HR processes.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate HR data and reporting processes, using digital tools to reduce manual work and improve efficiency.

Job requirements

• A recent graduate or currently enrolled student in HR, Business, Data Analytics, Business Informatics, or a related field.
• Strong interest in HR analytics, data, and digital technologies.
• Analytical, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and a hands-on mindset.
• Confident working with various data analysis tools, an affinity automation is a huge plus.
• Comfortable working with different HR systems and handling data accurately.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a structured approach to your work.
• Able to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
