Zusammenfassung

TYTAN Technologies GmbH in Munich is looking for a Learning, Development and Culture Manager to lead programs that boost capability, leadership, and engagement across the employee lifecycle. You will partner with HR and line managers to shape learning strategies and embed TYTAN's values in daily work.

You will design curricula, manage onboarding, support change initiatives, and measure impact with business metrics.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Organizational Development, or a similar role.
• Proven experience developing and implementing learning strategies, training programs, and leadership development initiatives.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders.
• Expertise in instructional design, adult learning methodologies, and creating engaging learning experiences.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence leaders and collaborate across functions.
• Strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.

• Collaborate with department heads to understand development needs.
• Manage external training providers and learning budgets.
• Ensure compliance with mandatory training requirements.
• Stay informed about learning trends and recommend innovative development practices.
