HR Strategy and Rewards Expert (m/f/d) in Full-time or Part-time

Are you excited about innovative HR strategy areas? Do you want to grow with us? We offer you a diverse role in Düsseldorf with a central focus on:

  1. Solving fundamental HR questions
  2. Designing, conceptualizing, managing, and developing working conditions and compensation strategies
  3. Developing global HR standards and implementing them within the ERGO Group
  4. Supporting the creation of personnel strategies for German and international units
  5. Analyzing trends, developing concepts, and conducting market comparisons to find solutions for core personnel issues
  6. Conducting job analyses and evaluations to ensure balanced salary structures
  7. Further developing policies and guidelines
  8. Participating in and leading complex projects and working groups

Your profile:

  • Versatile HR professional open to new topics and developments
  • Degree in economics or law, or a comparable qualification with relevant experience in HR of a large corporation, ideally in personnel principles or compensation & benefits
  • Strong conceptual skills, analytical thinking, structured working style, and flexibility
  • High commitment, independent and goal-oriented work, and sense of responsibility
  • High social competence, organizational skills, project management experience, and proficiency with MS Office
  • Excellent German and English language skills in spoken and written
