Bosch México is seeking a PA Specialist who will act as the main HR contact for associates and HR Business Partners, delivering guidance on personnel administration and organizational management. The role requires at least 3 years of HR general experience and intermediate English.

You will work in a designated HR area, supporting processes and ensuring compliance with labor and social security laws. The PA Specialist will use HR software to manage records, assist with Organizational Management,

The PA Specialist, works within a designated functional area in Human Resources as a key contact for all Robert Bosch Mexico associates and HRBP to provide general information, support and guidelines related to Personnel Administration and Organizational Management.
