As TPI continues its growth in the European Union, we are seeking an experienced HR Specialist (m/w/d) to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to the HR Manager and contribute to various HR and administrative functions.

Responsibilities
  1. Administrative Support: Assist with preparing HR documents, presentations, and reports. Maintain accurate employee records for Denmark and Berlin Office.
  2. Recruitment Coordination: Manage recruitment activities for the EMEA region, including job postings, sourcing, interviews, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  3. Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, assist with employee relations, conflict resolution, and promote engagement initiatives.
  4. Requisitions and Purchasing Orders: Facilitate requisitions, coordinate purchase orders, and communicate with vendors and stakeholders.
  5. Invoice Delivery: Ensure correct invoice delivery, verify accuracy, and resolve discrepancies with departments and vendors.
Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of HR and/or Office experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or vocational training in the commercial area
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Fluent in English and German; Spanish is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of Labor Law, EU Labor Law is a plus
  • Experience with HRIS, HRMS, and ATS software
  • Strong team spirit
