Job Summary:

For our location in Plattling, we are seeking a parental leave replacement for the position of

HR Specialist (m/f/d)

This position is limited to 1.5 years.

Responsibilities include:

1. Supporting the entire employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, etc.)
2. Preparing payroll accounting and acting as the central interface with our payroll department to ensure smooth processing
3. Serving as the main contact for administrative HR topics
4. Collaborating with local colleges and universities
5. Handling ad hoc requests such as report preparation

What you offer:

• Completed studies, commercial training, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in a dynamic environment requiring reliability and personal responsibility
• Enjoyment of administrative tasks and a strong sense of responsibility
• A proactive, solution-oriented work approach with high-quality standards
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office; fluency in written and spoken German and English
• Ideally, experience with Workday
