Your mission
  • You are our central contact person for Personio and are responsible for maintaining employee master data, contract changes, and all HR-related documents. You also handle onboarding and offboarding administration and respond to inquiries in the HR mailbox.
  • You manage issues related to absences such as vacations, sick leave, or parental leave, ensuring smooth documentation and processing.
  • You monitor updates in our HR system Personio, oversee signature processes, data submissions, and other organizational HR topics.
  • You plan and coordinate appointments, organize meetings, employee interviews, and internal training sessions to ensure smooth operations.
  • You actively develop our HR processes by identifying automation opportunities, implementing more efficient procedures, and optimizing data management.
  • You participate in selected HR projects, such as introducing standardized remuneration packages or target achievement systems.
Your profile
  • You hold a degree in business administration or a commercial apprenticeship, with ideally some knowledge of employment law or motivation to learn about it.
  • You have experience in administrative HR work and are eager to contribute your skills and knowledge.
  • You have worked with Personio or other HR software before.
  • You are an organizational talent, able to prioritize tasks confidently, structured, solution-oriented, and independent even under pressure.
  • You handle HR documents responsibly, with attention to accuracy and good control mechanisms.
  • You communicate clearly, keep stakeholders informed, and serve as a central interface to other departments.
  • You enjoy exploring complex topics and developing pragmatic, everyday solutions.
  • You are proficient in MS Office, fluent in German, and have very good written and spoken English skills.

Our process

Our process provides a complete end-to-end solution from battery discharging to recovery of all components, utilizing mechanical, thermal, and innovative water-based recovery methods. Developed over years at RWTH Aachen University, it enables resource- and climate-friendly recovery of lithium, graphite, manganese, and other materials from end-of-life batteries, supporting a true Circular Economy in Europe.
