Ein international tätiges Unternehmen sucht einen HR-Spezialisten, der die Unterstützung der Mitarbeiter in Deutschland übernimmt. Es wird eine Person gesucht, die über mindestens 3 Jahre HR-Erfahrung verfügt, fließend Deutsch spricht und in einem remote Arbeitsumfeld gedeihen kann. Zu den Aufgaben gehören die Verwaltung von Dokumentationen in Personio und die Organisation von Schulungen. Ursprüngliche Erfahrung im deutschen Arbeitsrecht ist von Vorteil, aber nicht erforderlich.

Qualifikationen

• Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in einer HR-Rolle, idealerweise im deutschen Markt und IT.
• Gut organisiert, detailorientiert und fähig, Vertrauen aufzubauen.
• Kenntnisse des deutschen Arbeitsrechts sind von Vorteil, aber nicht notwendig.

Aufgaben

• Unterstützung der Mitarbeiter in Deutschland über den gesamten Lebenszyklus.
• Verwaltung von Mitarbeiterunterlagen in Personio.
• Koordiniert den Rekrutierungsprozess lokal.
• Organisieren von Schulungen und Unterstützung des Mitarbeiterwachstums.

Tasks

Supporting employees based in Germany throughout the entire employee lifecycle – onboarding, development, feedback, and offboarding

Preparing and managing employee documentation in Personio

Collaborating with an external payroll provider to ensure accurate payroll

Co-managing local recruitment processes (together with the team in Poland)

Organizing training sessions, supporting employee growth, and fostering a feedback culture

Preparing HR reports and contributing to continuous process improvements

Understanding of German labor law and working time regulations is beneficial, but not mandatory

Profile

Has at least 3 years of experience in an HR role, nice to see on the German market and IT

Speaks German fluently (min. C1) and has a good command of English (min. B2)

Works independently, is well-organized, and attentive to both people and details

Is empathetic, communicative, and able to build trust

Thrives in a remote work environment and takes ownership

Knowledge of German labor law and the local legal landscape is a plus, but not required

Bonus points for experience with Personio, knowledge of Polish, or background in international teams
