HR Specialist (m/f/d)

Type: Full-time, 38.5 hours/week, permanent employment

Your tasks:

1. Personnel planning and support of hiring processes
2. Advising and supporting employees and managers on HR-related issues
3. Preparation of employment contracts
4. Maintaining and managing personnel files and internal systems
5. Implementation of individual personnel measures
6. Supervision of appraisal processes
7. Satisfaction analysis
8. Revision and creation of internal rules
9. Communicating with the HR departments within our European corporate structure
10. Participation in the digitalisation of internal work processes

Your qualification:

1. Successfully completed degree in personnel management or commercial training with experience in personnel management
2. Sound knowledge of labour, collective bargaining, social security, and tax law
3. Business fluency in English and German (written and spoken)
4. Excellent conflict management and communication skills
5. Self-confident demeanor
6. High degree of independence, initiative, and commitment
7. Quick comprehension skills and a proactive, structured, goal-oriented work style
8. Enjoy working in a diverse and international team
9. Team spirit and reliability
10. Proficiency in MS Office
11. Willingness to travel (up to approximately 10%)
