Responsibilities
- Personnel planning and support of hiring processes
- Advising and supporting employees and managers on HR-related issues
- Preparation of employment contracts
- Maintaining and managing personnel files and internal systems
- Implementation of individual personnel measures
- Supervision of appraisal processes
- Satisfaction analysis
- Revision and creation of internal rules
- Communicating with the HR departments within our European corporate structure
- Participation in the digitalisation of internal work processes
Profile
- Successfully completed degree in personnel management or commercial training with experience in personnel management
- Sound knowledge in the areas of labour, collective bargaining, social security and tax law
- Business fluent in written and spoken English and German
- Excellent conflict management and very good communication skills
- A high degree of independence, initiative and commitment
- Quick comprehension skills as well as a proactive, structured and goal-orientated way of working
- Enjoy working in a diverse and international team

- Willingness to travel (up to approx. 10%)
