We are seeking a results-driven and creative Learning & Development Specialist to support the design, execution, and continuous improvement of training and talent development programs across the organization. This role requires 2–5 years of L&D experience, strong instructional design skills, and a passion for building structured career pathways. Experience in the logistics or supply chain industry is a strong plus and will help tailor learning solutions to our operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Development & Growth Frameworks

  • Collaborate with business units to design structured career development pathways from entry to senior level across technical and functional areas
  • Build and align professional growth frameworks at the company level, including cross-department and industry role mapping
  • Ensure clarity and consistency in competency and capability expectations

Instructional Design & Training Delivery

  • Design and develop enterprise-level learning programs across professional, soft, and leadership skills
  • Translate business needs into actionable learning solutions using modern instructional methodologies and tools
  • Deliver engaging, practical learning sessions using blended formats (e-learning, workshops, coaching, etc.)

Training Program Management & Operations

  • Conduct in-depth training needs assessments to inform learning roadmaps and project design
  • Lead full-cycle training programs, including learning maps, gamification/incentives, workshops, and follow-up assessments
  • Monitor and evaluate learning effectiveness through data tracking, feedback analysis, and success case extraction

Course & Resource Management

  • Develop and maintain a scalable internal and external course resource library
  • Continuously optimize the curriculum structure in alignment with organizational priorities
  • Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) and vendors to enrich the learning ecosystem

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain environments or a related field
  • 2–5 years of proven experience in L&D, training design, or organizational development
  • Experience designing learning solutions for a diverse workforce, ideally in logistics or operational settings
  • Strong project management, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • An understanding of training within logistics and supply chain industry is highly preferred
  • Work proficiency for English and German, Chinese is highly preferred
