Description

We are seeking an HR Specialist to join our team as part of the EU Pay Transparency Project, focusing on the Compensation Workstream and Employee Benefit Workstream.

You will be part of a dynamic, cross-functional team working on innovative solutions to implement Pay Transparency, contributing to the company's strategic goals of transparency.

Your responsibilities will include supporting various project tasks, collaborating with stakeholders across HR, legal, and external consultancy teams, ensuring alignment with equal pay regulations, providing analytical insights, and supporting Pay Transparency initiatives.

This role offers an opportunity to shape Pay Transparency in accordance with the EU Pay Transparency Directive across our organization in Europe.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Policy Review : Assist in reviewing and adjusting compensation and benefit policies to ensure compliance with equal pay principles and EU legislation.
  • Compensation & Benefits Mapping & Valuation : Contribute to mapping and valuation processes to determine which elements should be included in Pay Transparency reporting.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with project leads, HR teams, external consultants, and tech providers.
  • Progress Monitoring : Monitor task progress, ensure deadlines are met, and report risks.
  • Tech Solution Support : Assist in implementing tech solutions for EU Pay Transparency, ensuring standards and legal compliance.
  • Documentation : Maintain thorough records of processes, decisions, and actions.

Candidate Profile :

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Law, or related field, with at least 3 years of HR experience, preferably in compensation & benefits.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, ownership, collaboration, analytical skills, and data interpretation abilities.
  • Knowledge & Approach: Strong project management skills, service-oriented, and team-focused.
  • Tools: Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Nice to Have: Experience with HR systems and compensation & benefits tech solutions.
