Description
We are seeking an HR Specialist to join our team as part of the EU Pay Transparency Project, focusing on the Compensation Workstream and Employee Benefit Workstream.
You will be part of a dynamic, cross-functional team working on innovative solutions to implement Pay Transparency, contributing to the company's strategic goals of transparency.
Your responsibilities will include supporting various project tasks, collaborating with stakeholders across HR, legal, and external consultancy teams, ensuring alignment with equal pay regulations, providing analytical insights, and supporting Pay Transparency initiatives.
This role offers an opportunity to shape Pay Transparency in accordance with the EU Pay Transparency Directive across our organization in Europe.
