We are seeking an HR Specialist to join our team as part of the EU Pay Transparency Project, focusing on the Compensation and Employee Benefits Workstreams.

You will be part of a dynamic, cross-functional team working on implementing Pay Transparency in accordance with the EU Pay Transparency Directive, contributing to our strategic goals of transparency and fairness.

Your responsibilities will include supporting project tasks, collaborating with HR, legal, external consultants, and tech providers to ensure compliance with equal pay regulations and successful project delivery.

This role offers an opportunity to influence pay transparency practices across our organization in Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Policy Review: Assist in reviewing and adjusting compensation and benefit policies to align with equal pay principles and EU legislation.
  • Compensation & Benefits Mapping & Valuation: Contribute to mapping and valuation processes to determine reporting elements for Pay Transparency.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with project leads, HR teams, legal, external consultants, and tech providers.
  • Progress Monitoring & Reporting: Track task progress, ensure deadlines are met, and report risks and statuses.
  • Tech Solution Support: Support the implementation of tech solutions ensuring legal compliance.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain thorough records of processes and decisions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Law, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in compensation & benefits.

Skills:

  • Strong communication, ownership, and collaborative skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
