Your mission
  • Prepare and verify monthly payroll input data, including attendance records, new hires, terminations, salary changes, bonuses, and leave records.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date and aligned with legal requirements.
  • Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, scheduling interviews, candidate communication, and pre-onboarding tasks.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth experience for new hires and exiting employees.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local labor laws.
  • Support the administration of employee benefits, leave tracking, attendance, and performance review processes.
  • Assist with employee engagement activities and internal HR communications.
  • Prepare regular HR reports and data analysis for management.
  • Ensure HR policies and practices are followed and updated according to legal and organizational requirements.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees on HR-related inquiries and provide timely support or solutions.
Your profile
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR operations, preferably with payroll involvement.
  • Basic understanding of local labor law and payroll-related regulations.
  • Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems (e.g., Personio).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with confidential data.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data management.
  • Fluency in English. Proficiency in additional European languages such as German, French, or Spanish is a strong advantage.
