Job Description:

This role involves leading and coordinating a team responsible for workforce data management, payroll, knowledge management, internal control, audits, and service governance standards. The candidate will provide expertise to ensure best practices, oversee process transitions, develop governance frameworks, and ensure compliance and continuous improvement in HR services. Additionally, managing outsourced service relationships, monitoring performance, overseeing audits, and ensuring data quality and security are key responsibilities. The role requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant fields, leadership experience in HR shared services or operations, vendor management skills, and fluency in English and German. The position can be performed at any European OESL location.
