Job description
Tasks
- Coordinate external personnel service providers in collaboration with Procurement and internal stakeholders
- Participate in the definition of job specifications and implementation of tools for subcontracted HR services
- Ensure process alignment and harmonization across key stakeholders
- Monitor supplier performance using defined KPIs for recruitment tools and services
- Support the implementation of performance indicators for outsourced recruitment activities
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and adopt best-performing solutions
- Actively support the implementation of a Vendor Management System (MSP Project)
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration or Economics (Bachelor level or higher)
- Long-standing professional experience in Human Resources
- Solid knowledge of project and process management; basic knowledge of change and risk management
- Experience with external workforce services or labor law is advantageous
- Knowledge in procurement is an asset
- Experience with Google Workspace is beneficial
- Fluent in German and English (at least C1 level in both languages)
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
- CV in English required
