Qualifikationen

  • Several years of professional experience in payroll and HR administration.
  • Experience with modern HR systems, preferably Personio.
  • Structured, precise working style and high level of service orientation.

Aufgaben

  • Responsible for preliminary payroll, checking and forwarding payroll-related data.
  • Coordinate two employees and be their point of contact for payroll queries.
  • Advise managers and employees on payroll matters.
  • Maintain and optimise the Personio HR information system.
  • Further develop and optimise digital HR processes.
  • Prepare regular reports and enhance HR reporting in Personio.
  • Support the HR department in daily operations.

Your Qualifications

As an HR Senior Expert Administration & Payroll
you have completed a commercial apprenticeship or hold a degree in business administration and have several years of professional experience in payroll and HR administration. You enjoy working independently, possess strong numerical skills, and have excellent analytical abilities.
Ideally, you already have experience working with modern HR systems, preferably Personio, and can confidently apply your excellent German and good English skills in an international environment.
Your structured and precise working style, combined with a high level of service orientation and proficiency in common PC applications, makes you a reliable interface between HR, payroll, and other internal departments.
