As a rule, we work in a team to encourage a lively exchange, and our conduct towards each other is one of cooperation.Current main issues of our consultancy mandates are restructuring, moderation of workshops, executive coaching and active recruitment of staff.
For this varied responsibility, it helps if you have successfully completed a course of studies, preferably in the field of Human Resources or an equivalent field of training, along with corresponding work experience.
You have an oral and written working knowledge of English, and have no difficulty in working in a service-oriented manner.Ideally, you have already gathered a broad HR skillset as a HR business partner or personnel officer in a preferably international setting. Project management experience in change processes and the use of up-to-date methods of advanced organisational development are always of course an added bonus.
