Your Role as a Recruitment Consultant

You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle and develop deep expertise in your specialist market:

• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Identify and engage top-tier candidates
• Deliver tailored recruitment solutions to meet client needs
• Drive business development and market growth
• Collaborate with your team to achieve shared goals

What We’re Looking For

• Goal-oriented individuals with a strong interest in sales
• Resilient, adaptable, and solutions-focused mindset
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Based in or relocating to Cologne (within 40 minutes of Apostel-Viertel)
• Right to work in Germany (we are unable to sponsor visas for non-EU citizens)
• German language skills are advantageous but not required
