What does the ROLE involve?
  • Managing the entire personnel administration, including contracts, reference letters, change agreements, etc.
  • Maintaining and managing employee records in SuccessFactors and other HR systems.
  • Administering end-to-end Time & Attendance processes.
  • Gathering data, inputting information, and communicating with payroll providers.
  • Communicating with relevant external local institutions.
  • Managing recruitment across the EU region: creating job ads, reviewing applications, conducting kick-off meetings and interviews, and preparing job offers.
  • Advising and supporting employees and managers on labor law and HR-related issues (contracts, salaries, vacations, benefits, conflict mediation).
  • Managing onboarding and offboarding processes: arranging equipment, liaising with IT, conducting regular meetings, exit interviews, and stay interviews.
  • Promoting staff engagement and coordinating staff events to boost motivation and morale.
  • Working on special projects assigned by the Regional Senior HR Manager Europe, such as HR process optimization, culture change initiatives, and HR analytics.
  • Supporting the implementation of employee development and training programs.

What should YOU bring?
  • Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Social Sciences, or related field
  • 3-4 years of HR experience, ideally as a Generalist or Specialist
  • Experience with end-to-end recruitment, preferably internationally
  • Good knowledge of German labor law and personnel administration
  • Experience working in an international environment is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
  • Fluent in German and English (minimum B2 level), other languages are a plus
  • Soft skills: problem-solving, empathy, resilience, adaptability, initiative, and openness to working in a complex international environment
