This role will support the execution of strategic HR initiatives that enhance employee experience, drive organisational effectiveness, and build a high-performance culture. You’ll work across multiple time zones and functions, providing structure, insight, and coordination to ensure our HR projects are delivered with precision and impact.
You’ll be responsible for maintaining standards, tracking project progress, managing risks and ensuring that all initiatives are aligned with our goals. From building dashboards and reporting tools to facilitating communication between stakeholders, your work will provide the clarity and consistency needed to keep our efforts on track. What Will You Need to Be Successful?
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring a strong foundation in project and portfolio management, ideally within a large, matrixed organisation. You’ll have experience in delivering HR-related projects, including planning, RAID management, and stakeholder engagement.
You’ll need to be confident working with data and digital tools, with advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications—particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and PowerBI—and experience managing collaboration platforms like Microsoft Teams. Strong communication, analytical, and organisational skills are essential, as is a collaborative, customer-focused mindset.
