As an HR Administrator, use your expertise to make HR management efficient and ensure that payroll accounting and the administration of HR processes run smoothly. As an important contact person, you will optimize the administrative processes at our client Airbus Operations GmbH and thus contribute to the success of the team in Hamburg.
The gross annual salary is between €55,300 and a maximum of €58,300, depending on qualifications. Please note that we can only consider candidates who have a valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU (no student visa).
Job description
Tasks
- Implementation of personnel measures such as hiring, transfers, contract changes and departures
- Creation and maintenance of master data, time management and remuneration data as well as document creation as part of defined administrative processes
- Calculating payroll accounting for different working time models, allowances, bonuses and other benefits
- Processing special transactions such as pay increases, one-off payments and earnings protection
- Checking the tax and social security liability of compensation payments, allowances and benefits in kind as well as analyzing and correcting errors in payroll results
- Maintaining and updating data, including quality controls and documentation of all payroll account documents in accordance with statutory retention periods
- Correspondence with pension recipients, health insurance companies, authorities and processing of specialist matters such as garnishments or deferred compensation
Requirements
- Successfully completed vocational training as an accountant or personnel officer
- Several years of professional experience in payroll accounting, personnel processing or human resources
- Proficient in MS Office as well as initial SAP application knowledge and experience with Google Workspace
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and basic English skills
- Experience with the Workday tool is an advantage
- Existing, unrestricted work permit for the EU (no student visa) mandatory
- Ability to quickly recognize and analyze interrelationships and functionalities
- Independent, structured and results-oriented way of working to achieve goals on time and coordinate workflows efficiently
- Strong communication skills to work with contacts at all levels
