The Role

As part of our P&C Operations team in Germany, you'll support a variety of stakeholders, ensure process excellence, and drive continuous improvement. From resolving complex queries and managing key operational projects to leading change and coaching your team—you’ll play a pivotal role in keeping our people processes running efficiently and compliantly.

Location: Hamburg, Germany

Principle Accountabilities

  • Provide responsive, accurate support to diverse stakeholder groups via ServiceNow, phone, and email.
  • Ensure compliance with global and local HR processes, maintaining documentation, policies, and user training.
  • Analyse service metrics to identify and implement improvements in operational efficiency.
  • Lead and resource operational projects reorganisations) in coordination with People Partners and Global Operations.
  • Monitor legal/regulatory changes and update internal processes and documentation accordingly.
  • Oversee the German P&C Operations Team, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and issue escalation.

Skills and Experience Required

  • University degree or professional HR qualification with 3+ years in People & Culture (P&C) Operations leadership.
  • Proven experience in team management, coaching, and performance development.
  • Strong HR data management skills with proficiency in Workday, SAP, and MS Office 365.
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to resolve HR queries efficiently.
  • Effective cross-functional collaborator with P&C People Partners, Payroll).
  • Fluent in German and English; adaptable and comfortable in fast-paced environments.
