About us: European Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (ESMC) is a joint venture between four technology leaders, TSMC, Bosch, Infineon, and NXP, to establish a state-of-the-art semiconductor fab in Dresden, Europe. ESMC aims to strengthen the European semiconductor ecosystem.
We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate HR Operations Manager to help build our future fab. This role is responsible for managing daily HR operations, implementing company policies, overseeing recruitment and employee lifecycle processes, monitoring departmental budgets, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. The HR Operations Manager will drive operational excellence, foster cross-team collaboration, and maintain high HR service standards.
Occasional training or business trips to Taiwan may be required.
