Position: ESMC - HR Operations Manager
The HR Operations Manager is responsible for managing daily HR operations, implementing company policies, overseeing recruitment and employee lifecycle processes, monitoring departmental budgets, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. This role is key to driving operational excellence, fostering collaboration, and maintaining high HR service standards.
