We are looking for a HR Operations Manager EMEA (m/f/d), who is responsible for bridging HR processes with digital transformation, ensuring seamless system integrations, and enhancing efficiency in HR service delivery.

Your Role

  • PMO: You will lead HR projects and drive project relevant tasks through as per required area of expertise.

  • HR systems & tools: You will serve as the primary point of contact for HR IT management and troubleshooting and collaborate with HR IT and other departments to implement and optimize HR technology solutions. Furthermore, you will train HR staff and employees on the use of HR systems and tools.

  • HR process management: You will administer and manage HR operations processes including employee lifecycle management and employee support and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of employee data in HR systems. Additionally, you develop and refine HR processes to improve efficiency and compliance.

  • HR reporting & compliance: You ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations and prepare and submit required reports and filings to relevant authorities/ departments. The conduction of audits of HR processes and records to ensure accuracy and compliance will also be part of your role.

  • HR guidance: Provide responsive and consistent guidance to employees and internal stakeholders by addressing inquiries related to HR policies and procedures. Offer guidance on HR-related matters and assist in resolving employee relations issues in collaboration with HR colleagues to ensure a fair and supportive work environment.

  • Continuous Improvement: You will identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance our HR service delivery.

Your Profile

  • You bring a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Alternatively, you have successfully completed an equivalent apprentice/ traineeship, combined with relevant working experience.

  • You have at least three years of experience in HR operations, HR IT, or related areas, ideally within a global or multinational organization.

  • You bring profound experience in HR project management and familiarity with PMO best practices. A background in operational excellence, process optimization, and change management, with a focus on continuous improvement and efficiency is highly desirable.

  • You have an affinity for IT tools and bring experience with HR IT-systems like Workday or SAP, as well as tools for payroll and/ or time management.

  • You have excellent communication skills in German and English, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively to a variety of stakeholders.

  • You also bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct detailed analyses and support decision-making processes.
