Qualifikationen

Job Description

  • You are the first point of contact for our employees and managers in the region regarding employment, tax, and social security issues.
  • You handle the creation of contracts, certificates, and references, as well as the support of preliminary payroll processing.
  • You maintain employee data, manage the time management system, and ensure smooth HR processes.
  • You accompany new colleagues during onboarding and offboarding, shaping a respectful employee experience.
  • You contribute to the digitalization of our HR work and assist in creating key figures and annual financial statements – especially provisions.
  • You prepare monthly statistics and analyses.
  • You work closely with authorities, service providers, and the HR team – flexibly, family-friendly, and considerate of your life situation.
  • A successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification.
  • Professional experience in operational HR, ideally with regional reference.
  • Solid knowledge of employment and social security law.
  • Enjoyment of structured, careful work and a good sense for people and their concerns.
  • Team spirit, empathy, and the ability to stay overview in challenging situations.
  • The desire to take responsibility and jointly develop the HR area with a focus on modern work environments and work-life balance.
