A leading technology company is seeking an HR Operations Manager to lead HR management in Europe. This role involves coordinating cross-border transfers, implementing non-cash benefits, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree, proficiency in English and Chinese, and at least five years of relevant overseas HR operations experience. 1. 带领团队开展欧洲地区HR运营工作,涵盖跨境调动、档案管理、非现金福利落地、供应商管理等。
2. 解读并设计落地符合当地法规及集团标准的HR运营流程(如入职-在岗-离职全生命周期管理),定期开展流程审计与效率分析,推动流程的合规与高效。
3. 牵头海外属地HR人力运营项目,输出标准化工具包,不断提升人力运营效率与用户体验。
4. 维护HR系统数据,保障数据完整性,支持海外模块需求分析及功能测试,为总部提供本地数据洞察支持。
1. Lead the team to be responsible for HR operations in Europe, covering cross-border transfers, file management, non-cash benefits implementation, supplier management, etc.
2. Interpret and design HR operation processes that comply with local regulations and group standards (such as onboarding-on-the-job-departure full life cycle management), conduct regular process audits and efficiency analysis, and promote process compliance and efficiency.
3. Lead overseas HR human resource operation projects, output standardized toolkits, and continuously improve human resource operation efficiency and user experience.
4. Maintain HR system data, ensure data integrity, support overseas module demand analysis and functional testing, and provide local data insight support for the headquarters.
职位要求:
1. 本科及以上学历。
2. 中文、英语可作为工作语言,掌握第三门语言优先。
3. 具有5年及以上海外HR运营经验,具备海外人力体系搭建或项目管理经验者优先。
4. 熟悉当地劳动法律法规,成功处理过海外劳动纠纷或合规审计案例者优先。
5. 具备多元文化团队协作经验,强沟通能力和结构化思维能力,注重细节和结果,能协同内外部高效推进项目。
1. Bachelor degree or above.
2. Chinese and English are acceptable working languages; proficiency in a third language is preferred.
3. Five or more years of overseas HR operations experience, with experience in building overseas human resources systems or project management preferred.
4. Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations, and experience successfully handling overseas labor disputes or compliance audits preferred.
5. Experience working in multicultural teams, strong communication and structured thinking skills, attention to detail and results, and the ability to collaborate internally and externally to efficiently advance projects.
