Your tasks for our headquarters in Osnabrück:
As soon as possible, a HR officer (m/f/d) in full-time or part-time.
Your area of responsibility:
•Advising the management and executives on all personnel-related issues
•Contact person for all employees in the commercial and industrial sectors
•Responsibility for recruiting, employer branding, personnel development, qualification measures, and employee retention
•Preparation of relevant data for payroll accounting and compliance with payment and reporting deadlines
•Entry and maintenance of employee master data including management of personnel files
•Implementation of corporate-wide HR guidelines and participation in international HR projects
•General activities of operational daily business
Your profile:
•Completed commercial training, ideally with further training in human resources
•Several years of experience in personnel work
•Good German and English skills, both written and spoken; French skills are an advantage
•Confident handling of common software programs and tools
•Independent and service-oriented working style
•High level of discretion
•Willingness to travel occasionally, domestically and internationally
