As part of a parental leave replacement, we are looking for support in the area of People & Organization as soon as possible. The contract is limited to 12 months; this role can be performed either part-time or full-time.
Responsibilities
- You will support HR Business Partners in day-to-day business, projects, and administrative support for managers.
- Furthermore, you will be responsible for operational support and the continuous optimization of HR processes.
- You will be in charge of IT system implementation, such as creating and approving search requests, maintaining SAP Org management, and controlling disciplinary and absenteeism management.
- For planning, strategy, and change processes, you will provide supportive evaluations, data, and communication slides.
- In cooperation with HR Business Partners, you will prepare personnel and development retreats, pay rounds, and support their implementation and evaluation.
Qualifications
- Completed commercial training, ideally with an additional qualification as a personnel clerk and/or a relevant bachelor's degree.
- Very good MS Office skills, ideally with experience in SAP HCM / SAP SuccessFactors.
- Confident knowledge of German and good English skills.
- Conscientious work, attention to detail, and above-average organizational skills.
- Familiarity with process optimization and contributing ideas to improve efficiency.
- Team player with a positive mindset and enjoyment in supporting the team administratively.
