Your role as HR Officer

As part of our Lesaffre Germany HR team, you’ll work closely with our HR Director and help connect our two sites (Kehl & Elmshorn) through engaging and impactful HR projects

Your mission:

HR Projects – Support and lead local & global HR initiatives
Data Management – Track KPIs, headcount, consolidate and analyze HR data
Recruitment – Organize recruitment campaigns & help digitalize the process
Training – Coordinate employee training via our e-learning platform
HR Admin – Help manage HR tools (working hours, travel expenses, digital files, etc.)
Corporate Culture – Support internal comms and culture development

Qualifications

What you bring

Degree in HR, Business, Psychology or a related field
A minimum of some HR experience (internship or job in recruitment, L&D, or HR tools)
️ Solid grasp of Office 365 and project management basics
️ Strong communication skills – in English AND German (B2)
Team spirit, openness, structure, and a positive attitude
Passion for working with people and making HR more human & efficient!

VIE – Are you eligible?
