Main Responsibilities
As HR Officer for the German entity, you will play a key role in deploying the Group’s HR strategy locally, working closely with both the headquarters and the local management team.
Job location: Munich or Hamburg.
Reporting Line: Directly to Group HR Director (France) & Functional Reporting: Equity Partner Germany.
Responsibilities
- Recruitment & HR Administration: Identify staffing needs in collaboration with local managers and manage end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, candidate selection, interviews).
- Onboarding & Local Integration: Organize and monitor onboarding for new hires and ensure alignment of local onboarding practices with Group standards; ensure a positive candidate experience aligned with the Group’s values.
- Employee Lifecycle & Compliance: Manage onboarding & offboarding, preparation of contracts, amendments, exit procedures and interviews, and other HR documentation in compliance with German labor law and Group standards.
- Training & Development: Assess training and development needs; coordinate the local training plan in cooperation with Group HR; contribute to talent development and internal mobility initiatives.
- Operational HR Support: Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR-related questions; ensure compliance with local legal and regulatory requirements; support and implement transversal HR & CSR projects (engagement, culture, diversity, etc.).
- Reporting: Ensure accurate HR data and compliance with all local legal requirements; prepare HR reports and KPIs for local and Group management.
Profile
- Education: Degree in Human Resources, Employment Law, Organizational Psychology or equivalent (Master’s level).
- Experience: Min 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist, ideally within an international or multi-site environment.
- Key Skills: Strong communication and active listening skills; organizational rigor and a service-oriented mindset; proactive, adaptable, committed to confidentiality, with the ability to build strong relationships in a multicultural environment.
- Languages: Professional proficiency in German, English and ideally French (both written and spoken).
