Tasks
- Create attractive job ads – You write precise, target group-specific and SEO-optimized texts that inspire talent.
- Increase visibility – You ensure that our ads are at the top of Google & Co.
- Recruitment support – You support our team in the application process and are the first point of contact for questions about our vacancies.
- Helping to shape HR marketing – Together we develop creative campaigns to attract the best talent.
- Administrative tasks – You will draw up employment contracts, maintain salary calculators and take care of invoicing.
- Improve processes – You will contribute your ideas to make our internal HR processes more efficient and modern.
Requirements
- Education & know-how – Completed vocational training, ideally in HR, marketing or a similar field, as well as initial experience in HR.
- Creativity & feel for language - You have a talent for target group-oriented texts and have a perfect command of German spelling. You can also express yourself confidently in English.
- IT skills – You are proficient in MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
- Discretion & sense of responsibility – Handling sensitive data requires your loyalty and reliability.
- Working style – Independent, structured and service-oriented work is in your blood.
