Position

We are looking for a HR Manager (part time, 20 hours per week) with outstanding analytical and communication skills. A HR Manager is expected to be a conceptual thinker with very good organizational and management skills. You will have excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment to support our employees globally.

Tasks
  • Manage all HR-related matters
  • Own the entire recruitment process, from crafting job descriptions to issuing employment contracts.
  • First point of contact for the employees
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding process
  • Manage the organization’s employee database, prepare reports and update records of employees
  • Support in the optimization of HR processes
  • Assist with payroll
  • Work directly with the C-Level to ensure operational success
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related (essential)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR.
  • Good understanding of labor law in Germany
  • Efficient HR administration and people management skills
  • Excellent record-keeping skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German (minimum B2) & English
  • Work comfortably under pressure and meets tight deadlines
  • Superb computer literacy with capability in Google Workspace software, applicant tracking systems (Join is preffered) and HRIS (Personio is a plus)
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
