A new position has opened for an experienced HR Manager to join our EMEA team, internally known as our Colleague Relations Success team. This role will support our organization in Germany along with other countries in the EMEA region.
This is a hands-on, operational role where you will implement best practices and drive efficiencies across HR processes. You will have the opportunity to work with talented colleagues and senior leaders throughout our entire global organization and partner with the corporate Center Of Excellence to drive global functions such as talent management, compensation, talent acquisition, learning and development, and analytics. You will coach and counsel managers and colleagues on matters relating to performance management, exit and termination management, and conduct internal investigations.
The responsibilities cross all functions within HR, including but not limited to employment, compliance, compensation, benefits, global mobility, and offboarding.
Due to the variety and breadth of responsibilities, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR professional who can think critically, act strategically, and apply knowledge to the topic at hand to resolve issues. The HR function is going through a transformation in how we support the business, so someone who is interested in the strategic element relating to process optimization and efficiency would be ideally suited.
