Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Unterstützung des Managements bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von HR-Strategien.
• Verwaltung des gesamten Recruiting-Prozesses von Stellenanzeigen bis zur Einarbeitung.
• Entwicklung und Optimierung von Recruiting-Strategien zur Anwerbung von Talenten.

Your Responsibilities:

• Support management in developing and implementing HR strategies.
• Manage the entire recruiting process, from job postings to screening, interviews, candidate selection, and onboarding.
• Develop and optimize recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
• Assist international employees with work permits, administrative procedures, and housing search for a smooth start in Germany.
• Collaborate with the occupational safety team to ensure successful safety briefings and refreshers.
• Serve as a contact for managers and employees on HR-related questions.
• Design and implement personnel development initiatives to foster team potential.
• Ensure a structured and positive onboarding experience for new hires.
• Support employer branding initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Degree in HR management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional HR experience, preferably in mid-sized or similar organizations.
• Organizational talent, independent, and solution-oriented work style.
• Confident, friendly demeanor with excellent communication skills and ability to mediate between interests.
• Knowledge of employment law, familiarity with HR tools, and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
