Our HR Manager - Employee Experience is responsible for designing and executing employee experience initiatives that contribute towards making MobiLab a great place to work. Working with the People & Culture team, you will drive our People & Culture strategy, ensuring a supportive and engaging work environment for our team.

Employee Onboarding

• Own and optimize the relocation process, ensuring international hires have a seamless transition to Germany and a strong start at MobiLab.
• Support new joiners during their onboarding process, helping them settle in and succeed within our team.

Employee Support

• Serve as a key contact for employees and leadership on HR-related matters.
• Provide guidance on labor laws, company policies, and best practices to ensure compliance and a positive employee experience.
• Oversee and improve HR processes for efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
• Maintain HR data, reports, and KPIs to support decision-making and continuous improvement.

Employee Development

• Implement employee development initiatives, including training, mentoring, and career growth programs.
• Lead annual feedback sessions to promote growth, performance, and engagement.
• Support mental health and well-being initiatives to foster a supportive work environment.
• Drive Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) initiatives for an inclusive workplace.

This is you

• A proactive and strategic HR professional with 5+ years of experience, preferably in the IT sector.
• Knowledgeable about German labor laws and HR best practices.
• Highly organized, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communicator who builds trust and positive relationships at all levels.
• Experienced with HR systems and digital tools, with a data-driven HR approach.
• Fluent in German and English (B2 or higher).
• Bonus: Experience as a trainer or moderator.
• Motivated to learn, contribute, and innovate to make a lasting impact on our team.
