Our HR Manager - Employee Experience is responsible for the design and execution of employee experience initiatives that contribute towards building MobiLab as a great place to work. Jointly with the People & Culture team, you will be a driver of our People & Culture strategy, ensuring a supportive and engaging work environment for our team.

That’s What It’s About

Employee Onboarding
  1. Own and optimise relocation process, ensuring international hires have a seamless transition to Germany and a strong start at MobiLab.
  2. Support new joiners in their onboarding process, assisting their start and first steps within our team.
Employee Support
  1. Serve as a key point of contact for employees and leadership team on all HR-related matters.
  2. Provide guidance on labor laws, company policies, and best practices to ensure compliance and a smooth employee experience.
  3. Oversee and continuously improve HR processes, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
  4. Maintain and manage HR data, reports, and KPIs, providing insights to support decision-making and drive improvements.
Employee Development
  1. Drive employee development initiatives, including training programs, mentoring sessions, and career growth opportunities.
  2. Lead annual feedback sessions to foster growth, performance, and engagement.
  3. Champion mental health and well-being initiatives, ensuring a supportive work environment for our team.
  4. Drive DEIB initiatives, ensuring an inclusive working environment for our team.
This is you

  1. A proactive and strategic HR professional with 5+ years of experience, ideally in the IT industry.
  2. Well-versed in German labor laws and HR best practices.
  3. Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  4. A strong communicator who builds trust and fosters positive relationships across all levels.
  5. Experienced with HR systems and digital tools, with a data-driven approach to HR decision-making.
  6. Fluent in German and English (B2 or higher).
  7. Bonus: You have experience as a trainer or moderator.
