Responsibilities
  • You take ownership of all HR-related matters throughout the entire employee life cycle - from onboarding to offboarding - across multiple production sites.

  • As the first point of contact for our specialists and managers, you provide expert guidance on both operational and strategic HR topics.

  • You support the entire recruitment process.

  • A wide range of HR initiatives, including health promotion, company reintegration management (BEM), and the implementation and monitoring of talent and performance processes, fall under your responsibility.

  • In close collaboration with social partners, you help foster a constructive and trust-based working environment.

  • You actively contribute to HR projects and take responsibility for the continuous development and harmonization of our HR processes.

Qualifications
  • You have successfully completed a degree with a focus on HR (e.g., Business Administration or Labor Law).

  • You bring several years of professional experience as an HR Generalist or HR Manager – ideally within a manufacturing environment.

  • Solid knowledge of labor and collective bargaining law is essential; experience with modern HR tools such as SAP R3 or Workday is a plus, though not mandatory.

  • Working in a structured and reliable manner comes naturally to you, and you are open to traveling (approx. 30%).

  • Fluency in both German and English, spoken and written (C1 level), rounds off your profile.
