Area of Responsibilities

As HR Manager DACH with a focus on Germany, you will collaborate with local and Cluster Management teams to support profitable business growth by attracting, retaining, and developing talent.

  • Located in Frankfurt, Germany, primarily responsible as HR manager for Biocon Biologics Germany
  • HR Manager for DACH Region (focus on Germany) – responsible for up to 60 employees
  • Experience in a start-up environment, coordinating stakeholders and processes simultaneously
  • Open to leading the setup and improvement of HR processes and systems
  • Work closely with management to support business growth
  • Design, develop, and monitor initiatives to attract, recruit, retain, and develop employees
  • Manage talent processes, including development, implementation, and execution
  • Collaborate with Global Total Rewards to ensure competitive compensation and benefits
  • Support local management in strategic projects and contribute to global HR strategy development
  • Coordinate with the regional Legal Team on labor law compliance
  • Nurture a positive working environment
  • Coordinate with the local Works Council

The HR Manager DACH will be part of local and cluster management teams, reporting to the HR Lead Europe and Emerging Markets, and working closely with the Global HR Team.

  • Deep knowledge of local labor law, experience in the pharmaceutical industry, and previous experience with the Works Council are essential
