As Senior Compensation & Benefits Manager (d / f / m), you are an expert on issues related to our total reward strategy. Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct compensation & benefits analyses to assess competitive positioning and derive recommendations for action for senior management
- Continue and further develop our function evaluation system
- Implement and manage the annual global salary round as well as the bonus round
- Participate in and manage projects for the implementation, optimisation, and harmonisation of remuneration instruments at national and international levels
- Design and implement rules and processes regarding job evaluations
- Ensure target group-oriented employee communication on C&B measures
- Collaborate with co-determination committees, including negotiations
- Conduct and participate in works council negotiations on C&B projects
- Build a global C&B community
- Coordinate external service providers and contacts within the company on C&B issues
Profile
- You have successfully completed a degree in business administration, economics or a comparable field and have several years of experience in HR Compensation & Benefits
- Experience in salary benchmarking, job evaluation/grading, bonus, and incentive systems, preferably at an international level
- High flexibility to adapt quickly to changing topics, interests, and requirements
- Strong affinity for numbers, analytical mindset, and a structured approach to work
- Ability to drive projects successfully and good communication skills
- Proficiency in German and English
