  1. Support the entire employee journey — from onboarding to offboarding — handling HR tasks such as drafting reference letters, certificates, preparing addendums, and conducting exit interviews.
  2. Manage the recruitment process: posting job ads, scheduling interviews, screening applications, and communicating with candidates.
  3. Maintain and update HR systems and manage digital personnel files accurately.
  4. Contribute to process improvements by updating HR procedures, templates, and checklists.
  5. Participate in HR initiatives like supporting return-to-work processes and developing employee benefits programs.
Minimum qualifications:
  • Completed a commercial apprenticeship, HR training, or a similar qualification.
  • Several years of experience in operational HR, preferably with recruiting and administration focus.
  • Good knowledge of German labor law and practical application skills.
  • Proficiency with HR software and MS Office.
  • Ability to work independently, with a structured approach, and a proactive attitude.
  • Fluent in German and capable of conducting negotiations in English.
  • Service-oriented mindset.
  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment in working across departments and diverse backgrounds.
