A well-established international manufacturing company is currently seeking an experienced and committed HR Manager to take on a key leadership role in its operations in Southern Germany .
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with managers to develop and implement HR policies.
- Support strategic planning, budgeting, and performance reviews.
- Oversee payroll system security and data confidentiality.
- Advise leadership on organizational structure and talent development.
- Assess and adjust HR systems and job descriptions as needed.
- Implement compensation, benefits, and social policies in line with legal and corporate standards.
- Identify training needs and coordinate development programs, including leadership and coaching.
- Promote transparent internal communication and early issue resolution.
- Monitor HR KPIs and take corrective actions to meet targets.
Qualifications
- Extensive HR experience, including leadership roles, ideally in an international environment.
- Strong knowledge of German labor law and employment regulations.
- Proactive, hands-on approach with a strong sense of initiative.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate high-performing teams.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships across all organizational levels.
- High level of discretion, confidentiality, and sound judgment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience working with external institutions.
