A well-established international manufacturing company is currently seeking an experienced and committed HR Manager to take on a key leadership role in its operations in Southern Germany .

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with managers to develop and implement HR policies.
  • Support strategic planning, budgeting, and performance reviews.
  • Oversee payroll system security and data confidentiality.
  • Advise leadership on organizational structure and talent development.
  • Assess and adjust HR systems and job descriptions as needed.
  • Implement compensation, benefits, and social policies in line with legal and corporate standards.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate development programs, including leadership and coaching.
  • Promote transparent internal communication and early issue resolution.
  • Monitor HR KPIs and take corrective actions to meet targets.

Qualifications

  • Extensive HR experience, including leadership roles, ideally in an international environment.
  • Strong knowledge of German labor law and employment regulations.
  • Proactive, hands-on approach with a strong sense of initiative.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate high-performing teams.
