BUOYANCY AEROSPACE is seeking a highly dependable, solutions-focused HR Manager to independently lead our administrative operations in Hamburg. This is a standalone leadership role that requires a proactive and trustworthy individual who can provide practical solutions, not just flag problems, across HR and general admin domains.
As the go-to person in Hamburg, the successful candidate will report into the Germany Geschäftsführung, support the Production Manager and Head of Quality & Compliance in running the Hamburg site, and maintain a dotted reporting line into the London HQ. They will be a cultural ambassador and must be instrumental in reinforcing our desired Behaviours in Hamburg by being change-oriented, and intolerant of negativity; and must be comfortable operating outside of rigid job definitions when required by adopting a “solutions not problems” mindset to problems and business requirements.
